The Howard County Public School System will open two hours late on Wednesday, Jan. 8.
All morning childcare programs in HCPSS schools, sponsored by the Columbia Association and the Howard County Department of Recreation & Parks, will be delayed two hours.
Morning sessions of half-day pre-kindergarten and RECC are canceled. Offices also will open late, according to the school district.
