Carroll County Public Schools received over $20,000 in state funding to enhance gifted and talented education programs. The grant focuses on early access for students from diverse and economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
The funds will support new technology, including a game-based learning software for young students. The program will first be implemented at Parr’s Ridge, Robert Moton, and William Winchester elementary schools.
