‘Teachers feel very overwhelmed’: More educators are reporting career burnout

 Idaho educators are feeling the strain as more than 8,000 certified teachers in the state are not using their credentials for work, according to the most recent Educator Pipeline Report by the Idaho Board of Education. Elevate Academy co-founder Monica White created the resource program Spark Brilliance for Educators to mitigate burnout in the classroom, as it could contribute to teacher shortage in the long run.
