It was all smiles at the Brooke County Annex building Wednesday morning as Kyler Tamburin was announced as the 2025 SMART529 “Fund the Future” Sweepstakes Winner. West Virginia State Treasurer Larry Pack was in attendance to present Kyler and his family with a $15,000 check to invest in the program.
