The Katsina State Government has approved the promotion of about 3,147 teachers and other staff under the state’s Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education. The Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Hajiya Ummukhair Ahmed-Bawa, disclosed this during a senior management meeting in Katsina on Tuesday.
