Two Dauphin County schools did not open on Tuesday because there weren’t enough school bus drivers to get kids to school. The Susquehanna Township School District posted a message on its website Tuesday morning that Anna Carter Primary and Thomas Holtzman Elementary schools were closed due to “unexpected transportation issues.”
