As students return to school one bus driver has a warning for everybody behind the wheel. Jeff Schmatt is a driver with the Mount Vernon Community School District, he picked up the position three years ago to help fill a need in the community. Schmatt says the most stressful part of his day is when he has to watch students cross the road while unsure if drivers will come to a stop.
