A responding agency crash report obtained by ABC13 reveals new details about an Aug. 13 Cleveland ISD school bus crash. Records state the 21-year-old driver told investigators he was “distracted” and drove off the road, where the bus hit an embankment, and traveled more than 240 feet before eventually coming to rest on its side. Police say speed may have also contributed to the crash.
