A 13-year-old girl has been found safe by Carmel police after being reported missing. Police in Carmel are asking the public for help in finding a missing 13-year-old girl. The Carmel Police Department is searching for a 13-year-old girl who was reportedly last seen around Clay Middle School. Police did not say when Secen was last seen. CPD described her as a 5’2″, 100-pound girl with light brown hair and brown eyes. She was reportedly last seen wearing a brown sweatshirt, jeans and a checkered backpack.
