Hundreds of children were sexually abused in a case that has led Queensland Police to charge a 27-year-old man with 596 child abuse offences. Investigators say more than 23,000 images and videos involving 459 children were uncovered, prompting an ongoing, multi-jurisdictional effort to identify and safeguard every affected child.
