A German paediatrician has been charged with 130 counts of child sexual abuse. The case raises serious safeguarding concerns in medical institutions that are supposed to be trusted. Prosecutors in Brandenburg state accuse the 46-year-old doctor of committing the offences between 2013 and 2025.
