Kenya’s Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba has reaffirmed that learners should report to school by 8am and leave by 3:30pm, with co-curricular activities scheduled between 3:30pm and 4:45pm, in a move aimed at bringing greater clarity to the daily school timetable.
