16-Year-Old in Conflict With the Law Over Deaths of Two Baltimore Siblings

Teenage violence, relationships and child safeguarding are issues of concern when a 16-year-old is in conflict with the law in connection with the deaths of two siblings in Gwynn Oak, Baltimore County, Maryland. Giovanna Myrie, 15, and her nine-year-old brother, Steve Allen, were discovered dead in their home on July 7. Their mother found them and notified the police and emergency services, police and court records said.
