Noah Bush, an 8-year-old boy from Georgia, was found dead in a construction pit on May 16, initially believed to have drowned with no suspicion of foul play. However, after a 55-day investigation and pressure from the community and family, Noah’s death has been ruled a homicide. The autopsy confirmed drowning as the cause of death, but investigative findings led to this ruling. Two boys, aged 11 and 10, who were with Noah at the time are facing charges related to his death, including involuntary manslaughter and concealing the death of another. Authorities are also exploring if any adults were involved.
