The parents of 4-year-old twins were arrested after the children were shot and hospitalized. Neighbors said they often saw the twins riding their bikes and called the shooting a preventable tragedy. “My heart goes out to everybody there, but she was in the wrong,” a neighbor said. Orange County deputies said Saturday afternoon the children were found bleeding inside their home after their mother left a loaded gun under a couch cushion.
