A 31-year-old El Paso man who was caught with more than 50 pictures of child porn on his phone back in December 2024 has been sentenced to more than two decades behind bars. According to court records, on Oct. 3, Stephen Roder pled guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography and was sentenced to 25 years for each count and will serve them at the same time.
