A teen in Texas accused of fatally stabbing another teen at a track meet has been indicted, according to authorities. A grand jury indicted 17-year-old Karmelo Anthony on a murder charge, WFAA reported. A murder charge is punishable by 5-99 years or life in prison. In Texas, 17-year-olds are treated as adults within the criminal justice system.
