A 40-year-old teacher at Jerry & Linda Moore Middle School in Celina was arrested on Thursday after arriving at work intoxicated, police said. Officers responded to the campus after staff reported that Jainya Walder appeared impaired. Walder, a sixth-grade English language arts and reading teacher, was questioned and taken into custody, according to police. She was booked into the Collin County jail and charged with endangerment of a child, a second-degree felony. Her bond was set at $50,000.
