Benton Harbor Area Schools says a support staff member has been placed on unpaid leave and three contracted employees have been terminated as the district investigates an allegation of inappropriate conduct involving a Benton Harbor High School student. The district says it received the complaint on Monday and immediately launched an internal investigation into the matter while also contacting law enforcement.
