In 2016, I moved to San Francisco from Baltimore to pursue career opportunities and adventure. After eight years as an audit manager, I joined PwC to be closer to the Bay Area’s tech scene, with companies like Salesforce, Uber, and Twitter nearby. As a young professional, San Francisco offered a vibrant social life, from unique bars to unforgettable park gatherings at places like Dolores Park. The city was ideal for living a fast-paced, adventurous lifestyle while working toward ambitious career goals.
