Majority of Malaysian students ‘suffering in silence’ with mental health issues – Expert

A growing number of school students are struggling with their well-being, with more than 60 per cent found to be experiencing symptoms of depression, stress and anxiety, posing a serious warning sign for the mental stability of the younger generation. Psychology experts are calling for regular mental health screenings in schools to help identify at-risk students early before their conditions worsen.
