A Cobb County elementary school is being recognized for leading the charge when it comes to protecting the environment. The Marietta Center for Advanced Academics was presented with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) “Ocean Guardianship School Distinction” banner on Tuesday afternoon.
