New Georgia Law Restricts Student Phone Use to Strengthen Classroom Safety

Georgia has moved to restrict cellphone access for high school students during the school day, with Governor Brian Kemp signing a new law aimed at improving student focus, mental wellbeing, and digital safety amid growing concerns over online distractions, cyberbullying, and the impact of excessive screen exposure on children and teenagers.
