A 50-year-old New Jersey man has been ordered held pending trial after prosecutors accused him of creating and distributing AI-generated child sexual abuse material. Brian C. Saracusa was arrested following a cyber crimes investigation, with authorities alleging he used the internet to produce and share computer-generated content depicting child sexual abuse. He also faces charges related to possession of child sexual abuse material, deceptive visual media and invasion of privacy.
