A Jefferson County, Kentucky, man is facing multiple child pornography charges after police said he shared images of children on a messaging app. Michael Booth, 39, of Prospect, was arrested Wednesday and charged with at least 20 counts of child pornography. According to his arrest citation, police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about Booth’s Kik account distributing images depicting children in sexual acts from Aug. 5-7 this year.
