A Southern California teacher was arrested for the alleged sexual abuse of multiple children. The teacher was identified as Steve Paul Perry Popper, 47, of Colton, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. On Oct. 8, detectives received a tip that someone from the area of Colton had downloaded child sexual abuse material. The suspect involved was later identified as Popper, authorities said.
