In a chilling confession, 76-year-old former vet Jon Ruben admitted drugging his wife Susan with Temazepam and tranquilliser-laced sweets during a 2019 summer camp in Leicestershire, enabling him to sexually assault two boys, cruelly harm six other children, and produce indecent images.
