Two teenagers charged over alleged crime spree that ended with AFL great’s luxury car smashed

Two teenagers have been charged over an alleged crime spree that ended with retired AFL premiership player Jordan Lewis’ luxury car smashed up in Melbourne.
Police alleged the 15-year-old and 18-year-old males were in a Subaru Outback wagon, that was stolen during an aggravated burglary in Berwick on January 30, when they attempted two carjackings in Richmond yesterday.
The pair allegedly tried to carjack a blue BMW on Bendigo Street about 1.30pm, with one of the teenagers allegedly threatening the driver with an axe.
