Vermilion County Sheriff’s Department investigators have arrested Kaylee Broadway, a 27-year-old Westville High School teacher, on charges of grooming and distribution of harmful materials to a child. The arrest follows a report filed on Sept. 8, by the Westville Police Department, alleging that Broadway sent nude photos and videos of herself to a student via a social media platform. The Westville Police requested the Vermilion County Sheriff’s Department to lead the investigation.
