Supreme Court Blocks Trump’s Birthright Citizenship Order, Protects Children Born in US
The United States Supreme Court has ruled that children born in the country are entitled to birthright citizenship, rejecting an executive order that sought to limit the right based on a child’s parents’ immigration status.
