Set to launch fully by fiscal 2025, discussions are underway regarding usage times, fees, and subsidies for participating facilities. Trials are ongoing, with plans to expand nationwide by fiscal 2026. The initiative aims to combat parental isolation, promote child development through social interaction, and address operational challenges such as staffing and sustainability in daycare centers.
