A Missouri couple has been charged after they allegedly abandoned their child at a Chillicothe courthouse. Livingston County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Wednesday indicate that Jeremy Lamp, 36, and Jessica Lamp, 31, have been charged with child neglect. A probable cause statement filed by the Chillicothe Police Department revealed that on Tuesday, the Lamps were at the Livingston County Courthouse for a mandatory drug screening.
