A Pennsylvania mother has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of her 3-year-old daughter. Kelly Brown, 40, appeared in court on Monday, where a judge set her bail at $50,000. Court records say the situation started after Brown parked her vehicle at the Milford Freshies parking lot around 2 a.m. Saturday, when she left her 3-year-old daughter Fiona and her small dog inside the car.
