A West Virginia man has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a child. According to Brooke County Prosecuting Attorney Allison Adyniec Cowden, 44-year-old Timothy Iverson entered a Kennedy/Alford plea on October 14, 2025, to one count of sexual abuse by a custodian.
