P-H-M Schools approved a new teacher’s agreement on Monday night. The starting salary for new teachers will now be $50,000, with the maximum salary increasing to more than $86,000. There’s also a $650 stipend for teachers rated “effective” or “highly effective” and a 2% increase in stipends for teachers who coach or lead extracurricular activities.
