Authorities in Arkansas have arrested 49-year-old Thomas Stokes on multiple felony charges, including child sexual abuse and introducing a controlled substance into the bodies of children he allegedly abused over several years. Investigators say Stokes defended his actions by claiming “it was in the Bible”.
