Authorities in Pennsylvania have charged the parents of a toddler who was injured after coming into contact with a wolf at Zoo America with endangering the welfare of a child, police said. Investigators allege the parents left the child unattended while they were distracted on their phones, allowing the toddler to access a restricted area near the enclosure.
