A former Contra Costa County therapist has been accused of grooming and sexually abusing a teenage boy after his family alleged that she built a relationship with him over nearly two years while he was receiving counselling. The allegations claim the former temporary county health worker began sexual contact with the 17-year-old after his release from juvenile custody, prompting an investigation and her arrest by Concord police. The former employee has not been publicly identified.
