A Massachusetts mother accused of killing her three children has brought into sharp focus tougher issues surrounding child protection systems when a parent suffers from severe mental health issues after giving birth.
Lindsay Clancy is charged with murdering her children, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, in their home in January 2023.
