A 17-year-old was arrested after police say he led them on a chase before running away on Saturday. Tecumseh Police say on June 14, officers began to chase a 17-year-old, from Jackson, Michigan, who allegedly failed to comply with a traffic stop near N. Evans Street and Chicago Blvd.
