Filled for almost 100 years with the voices and shuffling of students, the building at 22 Waverly St. that was originally St. Casimir’s Lithuanian School is poised to become a 32-unit apartment building.
On Dec. 18 the Planning Board approved a proposal by Auburn-based applicant John D. Mulryan to renovate the building into mostly one-bedroom apartments, with three studios.
Three of the apartments will be affordable housing at 60% of the area median income.
