A Riverside man who is on parole for molesting a child was arrested during a compliance check Thursday after deputies found a backpack containing a rope and a ski mask, among other items he’s prohibited from possessing. Brian Keith Mosby, 63, was arrested for violating his parole during a citywide compliance check of registered sex offenders and convicted arsonists.
