Lindsey Whiteside appeared in federal court on Tuesday for a detention hearing following her latest indictment. Federal Magistrate Judge Jane Virden ruled to allow house incarceration for Whiteside as she waits for a federal trial for federal charges. “We were pleased with the Judge’s ruling, we thought it was fair,” said Tony Farese, Whiteside’s attorney.
