A Linthicum Heights man has been arrested by Maryland State Police after an investigation uncovered the production and possession of child pornography. Philip Turner, 46, was arrested on Tuesday by authorities. He is charged with seven counts of sexual solicitation of a child, production of child pornography, and five counts of possession of child pornography, among other related charges.
