Charges have been filed in the case of missing Fruitland boy Michael “Monkey” Vaughan. Stacey Wondra has been charged with first-degree murder and second-degree kidnapping, and destruction of evidence, according to a Lieutenant with the Payette County Sheriff’s Office.
