A 16-year-old pupil who followed his teacher into an empty classroom and stabbed her in the head with a kitchen knife after asking for help with his homework has been sentenced to four-and-a-half years in youth detention. The teenager attacked Vicki Williams at Milford Haven Comprehensive School in Pembrokeshire on 5 February, leaving her fearing she would die. He was later found guilty of wounding with intent after being acquitted of attempted murder.
