MANAGING director of the Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) Owen Ellington clarified Tuesday that the driver who was called out for reckless driving on one of the new rural school buses via a social media post by Transport Minister Daryl Vaz did not commit all 14 speeding infractions in one day. On Monday afternoon, Vaz, on his X account, uploaded a picture which highlighted a school bus driver who recorded 14 speeding violations in what many who interacted with the post assumed happened on a singular day.
