The Pflugerville Independent School District Police Department is investigating an incident at Dessau Elementary on Tuesday after a student allegedly “displayed a knife and threatened other students and a staff member,” according to a letter sent home to families. No students or staff were harmed from the incident, the letter said. The elementary school acknowledged in the letter that staff were aware that a younger student brought two knives to school Tuesday. That student was “immediately stopped and removed from the classroom,” the letter said.
