Indiana State Police executed search and arrest warrants at the Logansport, Indiana home of Daniel and Kristin Muir, the parents of Bryson Muir, who was the subject of a Silver Alert issued on June 28. The SWAT team found the Muir family inside their residence on Wednesday morning around 6 a.m. Daniel Muir, 40, and Kristin Muir, 38, were peacefully taken into custody and booked into Cass County Jail. Daniel faces charges of obstruction of justice and domestic battery, while Kristin is charged with obstruction of justice. Their son Bryson Muir, subject of a recent Silver Alert, was found safe and in good condition. He was placed under the care of Cass County Department of Child Services. The investigation, supported by Logansport police, Cass County deputies, and Indianapolis police, continues actively.
