A Riverside County man was arrested for the alleged sexual assault of an underage girl, along with accusations of offering other juveniles drugs in exchange for sex. The suspect was identified as Jesse James Garcia-Airada, 28, of Palm Springs, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
